Insurance: always packed with the utmost care
All our wines are packed with the utmost care and there is virtually no risk of breakage.
If any bottles of wine do break during transport, please report this immediately upon receipt and send us the report issued by the carrier.
Since all deliveries are automatically covered by CMR any damage will be compensated at respectively EUR 12.50 per Kg.
We advise you to opt for a FULL INSURANCE - formula. For a supplement of 1% of the total sales price of the wines ordered any potential damage will be fully compensated or the wines ordered will be replaced if in stock.

Shipping costs vary according to the destination and the volume. Check below for a list of zones per country. All shipping costs are automatically and correctly calculated for you before you definitevely confirm you order.

Standard Shipping
The volume wordt is calculated based on the number of 0.75 litre bottles. Larger bottles are calculated based on their contents, e.g. 1 magnum (1.5 l) represents 2 volume units.
Delivery times:
Orders placed and paid for before 12.00 p.m. are processed/carefully packaged and dispatched on the same day.
- Standard delivery in the Benelux: 1 to 2 working days
- Standard delivery in Europe: 3 to 5 working days
- Standard delivery outside of Europe : 7 to 10 working days
- Standard delivery to USA: 5 to 12 working days
