Terms & Conditions of Sale and Delivery

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers and transactions made by Belgium Wine Watchers BVBA. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms. For your convenience, they are available for consultation on our website and can be provided in writing upon request.

1. Pricing
   All prices are quoted in Euros, excluding VAT and delivery costs, unless stated otherwise.

2. Price Adjustments
   We reserve the right to adjust prices and correct any errors at any time. Should a price change impact any orders you’ve placed, you are entitled to cancel them at no cost.

3. Product Availability
   All offers are subject to availability and are non-binding. In the event a product is no longer available, we will notify you via email and suggest suitable alternatives.

4. Product Imagery
   Images and illustrations displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product labels may differ from those shown.

5. International Orders
   As a Belgian company, we are governed by Belgian law. If you are located outside Belgium, you are responsible for any sales tax or import duties applicable in your country.

6. Transaction Charges
   The transaction amount will be charged to your credit card or bank account at the time of purchase.

7. Payment Terms
   Delivery is only made after full payment is received in advance or cash is paid upon collection.

8. Delivery Timeframes
   Delivery times provided on our website and in order confirmations are estimates and not guaranteed. Belgium Wine Watchers BVBA is not liable for delays in delivery.

9. Shipping & Insurance
   All prices exclude shipping and insurance. We are happy to arrange shipping for you and will provide a quote based on the size and urgency of your order, subject to your approval.

10. Complaints
    If you receive a product that does not match your order, please contact us immediately via email (info@belgiumwinewatchers.com) or phone (+32-(0)3-2956060). We will address your concern promptly.

11. Wine Quality & Guarantee
    Given the nature of our collection, we do not offer a guarantee on wines older than 10 years. We make every effort to supply top-quality products. However, cork taint and other issues arising during bottling are beyond our control and are not covered by warranty.

12. Order Cancellations
    You may cancel or modify your order within 14 days of placement, provided it is not for perishable items.

13. Privacy Protection
    We ensure that your personal information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties.

14. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
    Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Antwerp. Claims for damages will be limited to the value of the ordered goods. For alternative dispute resolution, you may visit: http://ec.europa.eu/odr, but we reserve the right to bring any disputes before the Courts of Antwerp exclusively.
